Service Description

Learn about local marine toxins and how to stay safe. We'll cover season and mechanisms for paralytic shellfish poisoning and domoic acid poisoning. This is a hands-on course that will involve harvesting dungeness crab and going over best practices in preparation to reduce toxin load. CME availability pending.
